Role Overview

This is a newly created role within the recently established Central Commercial Departmentof of PentaHospitals International (https://pentahospitals.com/), responsible for ensuring that commercial programs for outpatient clinics, private-pay hospital treatments, and Alzheimer’s care are well-priced, well-prepared, and effectively targeted across PentaHospitals entities in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

As a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Medical advisors, this role will align commercial objectives with medical feasibility and regulatory constraints. Medical background is not required, however the ability to collaborate with broad range of stakeholder to ensure compliance and viability of programs is essential.

Given the evolving nature of the Central Commercial Department, the ideal candidate should combine experience from complex, well established businesses with operating in a dynamic environment, where processes, structures, and cross-country collaboration are still being established —offering a unique opportunity to shape the function alongside leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Development

· Define and implement the group-wide product strategy for hospitals and outpatient clinics.

· Develop new healthcare service offerings that align with patient needs, payer models, and market trends.

· Ensure products are medically feasible, compliant, and commercially viable.

· Oversee the lifecycle management of existing products, ensuring continuous optimization.

2. Pricing & Commercial Viability

· Work closely with finance and commercial teams to define pricing models for healthcare services.

· Balance affordability, profitability, and competitive positioning across different patient segments (private-pay, insurance, corporate health programs).

· Evaluate market data, reimbursement models, and cost structures to enhance financial sustainability.

3. Market & Consumer Insights

· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and patient behavior to drive product innovation.

· Leverage business intelligence and data analytics to improve service design and positioning.

· Ensure products are tailored to the specific needs of each market (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Act as a bridge between commercial and medical teams, ensuring service offerings align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.

· Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and patient engagement plans.

· Support sales teams with product training, service positioning, and market insights.

5. Performance & Optimization

· Define KPIs to measure the success of healthcare services (utilization, patient satisfaction, financial performance).

· Continuously refine service offerings based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

· Report key insights and strategic recommendations to the Group CCO and leadership team.

Predpoklady a zručnosti osobnosti

Key Qualifications & Experience

· 5+ years 
in business intelligence, product management, pricing strategy, or commercial development

·
Experience in healthcare or private-pay medical services preferred.

·
Strong analytical skills with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

·
Ability to navigate an evolving, fast-paced commercial environment.

·
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Medical teams.

·
Experience and understanding of consumer needs, commercial models, and market dynamics.

·
Fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak is required; Polish is a plus
