The proper processing of your personal data is important for us and the protection of this data is even more important, which is why we would like to provide you with this information concerning the processing of your personal data.

Who processes your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by Svet zdravia Development, a.s., Digital Park II, Einsteinova 25, Bratislava 851 01, Org. ID 47 249 081 as the controller (simply “Controller”).

You can reach the data protection officer, who is responsible for ensuring correct processing, at any time via email at dpo@procare.sk.

For what purpose and on what legal basis does the Controller process your personal data?

The Controller processes your personal data in the scope necessary:

  1. to complete the selection process to fill specific positions inside the Controller’s company, in companies belonging to the Svet zdravia Group and/or the ProCare Group and especially to fill positions within the Next Generation BORY Hospital (Nemocnica novej generácie BORY) project. The legal basis for processing towards such end is the legitimate interest of the Controller or the legitimate interest of any of the companies from the Svet zdravia Group and/or the ProCare Group to fill specific positions with the best-qualified candidates;
  2. to send marketing materials, primarily those involved in the completion of the Next Generation BORY Hospital project. The legal basis for processing towards such end is the legitimate interest of the Controller or the legitimate interest of any of the companies from the Svet zdravia Group and/or the ProCare Group to promote its business activities and especially to promote the construction of the Next Generation BORY Hospital project.

Right to object

You have the ability at any time to object to such processing for marketing purposes. If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive these marketing materials, simply use the unsubscribe link provided in the emails containing such marketing materials to complete your decision.

You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis and there are no consequences for you if you decide not to provide this data.

Will your personal data be provided to other recipients?

Your personal data may be disclosed to the companies in the Svet zdravia Group or the ProCare Group, specifically those that are responsible for managing the above-mentioned communications channels, the providers of IT services, lawyers, auditors, archivers and other entities providing services to the Controller and with which it has concluded a personal data processing agreement.

Will your personal data be transmitted to third countries?

There is no intent to transmit your personal data to third countries.

How long will your personal data be processed for such purposes?

The Controller will store your personal data for as long as necessary to resolve your request or for as long as its legitimate interest endures.

When handling personal data, the Controller applies the principle of minimisation, which means that your personal data is anonymised from the database and information systems at the moment the period in which we are obliged or authorised to store your personal data elapses. Strict internal regulations for storing personal data are implemented within the Controller’s company and in the Svet zdravia Group and the ProCare Group to ensure information is not retained for longer than the Controller is so authorised or obliged.

What are your processing-related rights?

Upon written request, you are entitled (i) to request access to your personal data, (ii) to request correction of your personal data, (iii) to request deletion of your personal data, (iv) to request processing restrictions, (v) to object to processing, (vi) to request a transfer of your personal data, and (vii) to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, Bratislava.
