Notice: To obtain information, you will need the identification code of the hospitalized patient (TOKEN).
To connect to the reception of the relevant department, we will require the full name of the hospitalized patient and the so-called TOKEN. It is a 4-character code - a letter followed by three digits. Providing information about the health status is possible only to the closest family of the hospitalized patient, or to persons defined by the patient upon admission to the hospital.
Without this identification data, we cannot resolve your request. Please contact the hospitalized patient directly or their closest family.

Healthcare services at Bory Hospital are covered by public health insurance for patients from all insurance companies. However, if you're interested in hotel-standard services, such as accommodation for a relative in the patient's room during his hospitalization, or if you're a self-payer, such services are chargeable. The current PRICE LIST with fees is available on our website.
