How to Schedule an Examination
First and foremost, it’s important to know that a patient schedules an appointment for an examination at the clinic based on a referral from a doctor. The referral must be brought to the examination.
You can schedule an appointment for an examination or other procedure:
- By phone through the contact center at 0950 105 510 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- In person at the Bory Hospital receptions only from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
One family member or close companion may stay with the patient in the room. This service is chargeable according to the current PRICE LIST with fees available on our website.
Appointment Confirmation and Check-in Instructions
After booking the appointment, the patient will receive confirmation of the reservation via SMS and email. 48 hours before the examination, the patient will receive an SMS and email reminder of the appointment.
Note: Upon arrival at Bory Hospital, the patient will be required to provide a PIN during identification at the kiosk or reception, which was received via SMS.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For which patients is the hospital clinic intended?
The hospital clinic, unlike the “regular” clinic in the polyclinic, serves:
- as an entry point for patients who are going for planned hospitalization or surgery,
- for patients who have already undergone a procedure and need to be monitored further on an outpatient basis,
- as a so-called referral clinic, which acts as a higher-level facility for other regular specialized clinics, where a specialist doctor refers a patient for further diagnosis or treatment.
Hospital clinics are not a traditional polyclinic where general practitioners refer patients for initial examinations with specialists. To schedule an appointment in most of our clinics, a referral slip from a specialist is usually required.
Telephone Appointment Scheduling for Examination
A patient can schedule an appointment by phone through the call center at the number 0950 105 510. After selecting a specific facility and available appointment time, they will provide their personal information - first name, last name, year of birth, mobile number, and email.
Change or Cancellation of Appointment
A patient can cancel or change their appointment in two ways:
- In person at the hospital reception
- By phone through the call center at the number 0950 105 510
Appointment Scheduling at the Hospital Reception
A patient who is already registered in the hospital information system (HIS) of Bory Hospital can schedule an examination at the hospital reception.
- If the patient is visiting the hospital for the first time and is not yet registered, they can do so either at the registration center of Bory Hospital or directly at the reception.
- If the patient is pre-registered, upon arrival at the hospital, they will only need to update their personal information in the information system at the registration center.
After updating the information or registering and selecting an appointment time, the patient will receive an SMS message and an email confirming the appointment.

What is the purpose of the information kiosk?
The information kiosk is designed for the registration of patients who have come for scheduled outpatient examinations, blood draws, or radiological examinations. To be added to the waiting list for examination or blood draw, patients need a registration slip, which they can print at the kiosk or receive at the reception.
What procedures at Bory Hospital can be recorded through the kiosk?
- Scheduled examinations on the specified day
- Outpatient examinations
- Infusion therapy in the day care unit
- Rehabilitation procedures
- Inpatient hospitalization
- Same-day healthcare (JZS)
What should I do upon arrival at the hospital for an examination?
- After the patient is registered at the registration center, they proceed to the outpatient reception. At the outpatient reception, they check in for their examination and receive their calling slip. Alternatively, they can scan their registration slip at a small kiosk to enter the waiting room.
- The patient monitors their number on the calling screen, and when it is displayed—accompanied by an audio signal—they will proceed to the examination with the doctor.
- If necessary, the patient can schedule a follow-up appointment at the clinic or at the hospital reception.
- The examination results will be delivered to the patient according to the agreement with the doctor—electronically, by phone, or in person at the next examination.
